Shirley Jean Osburn was born April 4, 1931, in North College Hill, Ohio, to John and Elizabeth Dickman. She was the last surviving sibling of 9 children.
A Funeral Services will be held on Friday August 10, 2012 at 1:00 p.m in our chapel.
Shirley was a longtime resident of California. She married Dell Osburn on May 1, 1949. He passed away in 1992. Shirley was a longtime employee of F. W. Woolworth and retired after moving to Oregon in 1975. She enjoyed camping and was an avid Seattle Mariners fan.
Shirley is survived by her son, Eugene and Isidora Osburn of Hillsboro; 3 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
