Leonard D. Phillips, Jr. age 77 of Roseburg, OR died April 2, 2013 in Vancouver, WA.
Survivors are his wife Barbara Phillips; sons John Phillips and Jim Phillips; daughter Laura Harper; 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Leonard and Barbara had been married 56 years. They had resided in Roseburg since 2001 and in Roy, OR for 33 years prior to that. Private committal will be in Fir Lawn Memorial Park in Hillsboro.
