Kathleen Ann Cruzada

Kathleen (Kathy) Ann Cruzada passed away at the Hillsboro Medical Center on April 28, 2025 in Hillsboro, OR due to heart failure. She was 76.

Kathy was born on February 9, 1949 on the beautiful island of Kauai in the Hawaiian Islands. She married her husband, Allan, at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Kauai and was married for 53 years. In July of 1988 they moved to Hillsboro, OR where she began her career in banking. Obtaining her associate's degree she worked for several banks, including: 1st Interstate Bank, Wells Fargo,1st Tech and eventually Rivermark, where she retired.

If there were two words to describe Kathy, it would be kindness and grace. She was the living embodiment of kindness. Kindness to her family. Kindness to a customer. Kindness to a stranger on the street. And through her kindness you could feel the grace she exuded coming forth wherever she went. She loved to travel and fish and couldn't walk by a puzzle without trying to fill in a missing piece. She was in essence...joy.

Kathy is survived by her husband, Allan Cruzada, her children Sandy Robertson and Al Cruzada, and her sisters Noreen Bardago and Suzanne Caberto.

Kathy's ceremony is to be held at Fir Lawn Funeral Home in Hillsboro, OR on May 20, 2025. Viewing will be held in the chapel between 10-2, her burial will follow at 2pm at Fir Lawn Memorial Park.
