David was an amazing husband and father, and he lived life to the fullest. Whoever David met, he always seemed to touch somebody with his laughter, and his love for wine. He had a special gift of connecting with people. Everybody loved David. I will miss David for the rest of my life. He was one-of-a-kind and a keeper. The world just lost his light; he truly was an amazing person. He worked a lot when his children were growing up and didn't get to spend all the time he wanted with them. He tried to be there and watch all the sports activities his children played. He tried to make it to them all. There wasn't a soccer game that he missed. He made up for that lost time with his kids by being there for his grandchildren. God just got an angel and we had 52 years together. Thank you for that, sweetheart.
