Cuthbert, 3 stepchildren: Andrew Smith, Heather Kelsey, and Brandon Knight, granddaughter Evelyn Rose, son in-law Mark Kelsey, his mother: Francine, his sister Laurie (Tauscher), brother-in-law Barry, 1 nephew Joseph and 2 nieces: Rebekah and Sarah Jane. His father, James T. Cuthbert Sr. preceded him in death.
Memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society.
