Helen is survived by her daughters Renee' Simmons (Jerry) of Hillsboro, OR & Barb Adams (Charles), of Morton, IL. Three Grandchildren; Nichole Simmons, Jerry Simmons & Whittney Adams. 3 Beautiful Great Grandchildren, Tanner, Logan & Lexirose. Brother's James Boinski (Connie), Donald Smigelski (Cathy) & Charles Smigelski. Many nieces & nephews.
Born & raised in Chicago, IL. Lived the past 40 years in Peoria & Yates City, IL. Last year was spent with her daughters family in Oregon. She battled hard with breast cancer. It was a 18 year journey fighting it. She has now earned her wings.
In Lieu of Flowers:
Donations made to your local Hospice services or to your LOCAL community services, esp. and since this is the Holiday season, it doesn't have to be MONEY... your time & service helping others will suffice! Mom was always the type to open her door, feed the hungry & help a fellow person. This is how she would like to be remembered.
